RETURNS

ALL incorrectly ordered parts will incur a 20% return to stock fee. If you are in any doubt about the parts you are ordering then please conact us before ordering.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and be in a fully re-sellable condition. They must be returned as they were sent out.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if Wanapart is informed within 10 days of receipt.

WARRANTIES

We offer a no quibble money back 12 month warranty on all parts unless clearly stated. However we do not cover any labour or carriage charges. All warranty's items must be confirmed before being sent back. If you send an item back before it has been accepted no refund will be given.

EXCHANGE ITEMS

All starter motors, alternators and brake calipers are subject to an exchange surcharge fee which can range from £10.00 to £50.00. The exchange surcharge fee is fully refunded upon receipt of the old unit.

SMALL ORDERS

There is a minimum order rate of £12.00 (exluding VAT + Shipping) This is to ensure we do not sell the product at a loss and to cover admin costs for low priced items. Any part orders below £12.00 will incur a £4.00 small order fee.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Maestro. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Upon placing an order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct.

All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders cannot be returned for a refund. Electrical items will also not be accepted for refund unless they are faulty.

As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 14 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you and we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition.

GENERAL

All goods sold as 'universal' items are strictly non-refundable due to non-fitment on a particular vehicle. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods return because you dont like or want will be charge 20% handling to cover costs of sending goods out.

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms of use contained herein.

The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of UK and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of UK. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint contact us at sales@wanapart.co.uk

None of your details, which we take for order processing, are passed on to any third party and the personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
